You might enjoy the Presence Yoga Reading Group.
There is no fee for participating in the Presence Reading Group.
All you have to do to join us is obtain a copy of the book and contact Nicole at
the third Saturday of each month from 1:00 - 2:30 PM.
Please bring a healthy snack to share. Tableware and drinks provided.
