Lunchtime Yoga
Let Lunchtime Yoga help bring you out of your morning and prepare you for the afternoon's activities. This gentle, yet invigorating 50 minute class combines breath awareness and centering activities with gentle flowing yoga poses and mild sun salutations (asana). It explores standing poses, inversions, backbends and balancing sequences to help develop core awareness and strength. Lunchtime Yoga is very appropriate for all levels of flexibility. Give yourself a yoga break in the middle of your day!
