Winter/Spring Workshop Series
The Saturday Workshops are designed to help participants learn the deeper aspects of
the yoga practice & guide them to a deeper level of themselves & their yoga practice.
Each stand alone workshop takes place the first Saturday of each month & is held from 1:30-3:30 PM.
No experience is necessary.
We begin with gentle hatha yoga stretches to warm & prepare the body & mind for the discussion topic. Remember to dress comfortably, bring your yoga mats, towels, water bottles, & a journal.
Workshop handouts and other materials will be provided.
The fee for each workshop is a love donation.
If you are interested in joining us for a workshop,
please email or phone Nicole. Space is limited.
