Yoga Foundations
Yoga Foundations is a 75 minute class appropriate for those new to yoga, or the more experienced practitioner interested in a gentle session. It teaches the classic yoga postures (asanas), fostering an understanding of body alignment and movement. Breath awareness and endurance are developed through guided breathing exercises (pranayama). Yoga Foundations helps cultivate mindfulness, concentration, and will. Modifications and props are always available to assist with flexibility. This class helps you incorporate yoga into your physical body and learn the language of yoga.
