Hatha Yoga Classes
Group, private, or semi-private sessions available in the yoga studio, or classes may be customized & brought to your location. Some benefits of a balanced yoga session include tone & strength in the body, a flexible spine, clarity of mind, ability to focus & concentrate, & awareness of will. Crystalline Consciousness Technique (CCT) Sessions
Embrace & facilitate personal transformation through conscious intention setting & working with your physical & energetic bodies via your Crystalline system. Individual & Group CCT Sessions available. Individual Sessions are conducted in a variety of settings: table &/or mini chair sessions in the yoga studio or your location; distance sessions via phone or Skype. Presence Yoga hosts workshops discussing a variety of topics, some include the benefits of yoga, healthy lifestyle, & spiritual wholeness. Yoga Class Descriptions
Presence Yoga offers balanced yoga classes for all levels of flexibility & practice. Yoga classes with Presence Yoga involve centering, warm ups, holding postures (asana) to heat the body, a period of cooling, followed by a deep relaxation. Intention & guided imagery may be used from time to time. Modifications & props are always available to assist with flexibility. Yoga is for everyone. Chair Yoga is a 60 minute class appropriate for absolutely everybody! This practice focuses on poses (asanas) from the seated position, yet it is a complete session that includes all classes of asanas. It is very gentle & great for people experiencing all sorts of physical concerns. Breath awareness & endurance are developed through guided breathing exercises (pranayama). Chair Yoga helps cultivate mindfulness, concentration, & will. Modifications & props are always available to assist with flexibility.

Gentle Hatha Yoga
Gentle Hatha Yoga is a 75 minute class appropriate for those new to yoga or the more experienced practitioner interested in a gentle session. It teaches the classic yoga postures (asana), fostering an understanding of body alignment & movement. Breath awareness & endurance are developed through guided breathing exercises (pranayama). Gentle Hatha Yoga helps cultivate mindfulness, concentration, & will. Modifications & props are always available to assist with flexibility. This class helps you incorporate yoga into your physical body & learn the language of yoga.

Slow Flow Hatha Yoga
Slow Flow Hatha Yoga extends the principles of the Yoga Foundations class while discussing fluidity in movement and breathing. This 90 minute session begins with centering & warm ups then moves to a soft vinyasa (flowing sequence – movement with breath). Sun Salutations are included, & asanas are held slightly longer in this class. Slow Flow Hatha Yoga also involves abdominal strengthening & a stronger standing sequence. Floor work includes hip openers & backbends, & inversions are explored. The Slow Flow Hatha Yoga session ends with a period of cooling & deep relaxation (savasana). Modifications & props are always available to assist with flexibility. This class is appropriate for those who have some yoga experience & are developing an understanding of breath & body awareness and control. Attending Gentle Hatha Yoga is a prerequisite for those new to yoga.
