Mindfulness workshops are designed to facilitate deeper aspects of the yoga practice & guide you to a deeper level of yourself and your practice. Each stand alone workshop takes place on a Saturday afternoon from 1:30-3:30 PM. No experience is necessary, and you do not have to be a member of the Presence Yoga community to attend! Dress comfortably; bring a yoga mat, towel, water bottle, and a journal for notes or reflection.

September 16: Mindful Living
- Living a mindful lifestyle creates space for happiness and contentment. In this workshop, we will discuss what mindfulness means, methods for cultivating mindfulness, and techniques for staying mindful and aware in a variety of situations. Allow Mindful Living to impact and change your life.
October 14: Exploring Meditation
- Experience various meditation techniques to find a few that resonate with your spirit. Learn some of the benefits of meditation, what meditation is and is not, how to create sacred space, and what it means to practice. Share your own experiences and any questions you might have about meditation.
November 11: Yoga Stories
- Everyone has a yoga story. This might be how yoga found you or maybe some of the changes yoga is inspiring in your life. Nicole will share her stories (and lessons she’s learned) and create sacred space for you to share yours. Learn new ways to live yoga off the mat and incorporate your yoga into everyday life. Safe space for sharing, listening, and growing together!
December 16: Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra
- Receive all of the natural benefits of your yoga poses while you rest in them using props! Supportive assistance like blankets, bolsters, straps, chairs, or even walls not only help you reach deeper into your postures, but they can also bring about a sense of rest, relaxation. Manage stress and tension differently using this extremely gentle and very forgiving form of yoga.
